How long does shipping take?

We know you want your slime ASAP, and we don't blame you. How quickly your slime will arrive it all depends on your location. If you need your slime by a certain time, please put it into consideration with the mailing process. 
Do you ship internationally?
No, as of right now we do not ship internationally. Plan to down the road, can check again at a later time. 

Can I order in advance?

Yes its best to order a few weeks ahead of when you'll need the slime to have the order in time, and to have the slime in good slime experience. 
How long will my slime last?
While we generaly expect slime to last  2-5 months, this can vary greatly on the way the slime is played with.

In order the ensure a long slime life, we recommend the following steps:

-Mop up any little bits of slime or fallout you see each use. 
-Keep your slime stored in a sealed container in a cool dry space when it is not being used. 
-Make sure to activate your slime if it becomes too liquidly or sticky to use. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the sneakers are unworn, in their original box, and with all tags attached. For online orders, customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Do you provide sneaker cleaning or restoration services?

Yes! We offer professional sneaker cleaning and restoration services, including deep cleaning, stain removal, and sole restoration. Prices vary based on the level of service needed. Visit our store or contact us for details.

Can I reserve or pre-order limited-edition sneakers?

Absolutely! We offer pre-orders for select limited-edition sneaker releases. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on upcoming drops.

How can I track my order?

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
